Samsung HW-D551

The Samsung HW-D551 is 2.1 channel wireless soundbar system. It uses Smasung's 3D audio technology to create a virtual surround sound home theater setup. It includes a wireless subwoofer. It offers 30W more output power than the Samsung HW-D451, peaking at 310W.

It also swaps out the optical audio inputs from the HW-D451 for HDMI inputs with video pass-through.The speakers use Dolby Digital DTS and have a remote, however they do not have an features specifically geared towards portable audio players or internet radio. Instead, they are meant to be used exclusively with a TV or A/V receiver. The HW-D551 has a metallic silver finish and is wall-mountable. The wall-mount is designed to fit especially well beneath 40" Samsung TV's.
