The Pros:Quick and reliable operation, no noticeable lag. Small enough to put it in an inconspicuous spot and not worry about it. "eye extender" cable works great even several feet from the component IR sensors.
The Cons:Not consistent with every remote, some compatibility issues. Sometimes need to experiment with which slot in your remote you put the transmitter.
