The Dish Network TR-40 CRA is an ATSC to NTSC digital converter box that allows for the viewing of digital TV channels on an analog television. The TR-40 CRA is just a cheaper version of the DTVPal. It comes with exactly the same features but sells for $40, It is a CESB certified box and is therefore coupon eligible, making the box free.

The DISH Network TR-40 CRA includes all of the standard CESB features. It also has an analog pass-through mode in order to continue to watch analog programs while the TV is connected to the converter box.
