The Cisco umi Telepresence is a consumer-level HD video conferencing system that allows users to stream full 1080p high-definition video streams from a wired or wireless broadband Internet connection directly to a compatible HDTV set.

Featured is a 1080p camera, a remote control, and a set-top box that streamlines the whole operation. With the system setup in place, users can manipulate the remote to access the on-screen interface, make calls, review video messages, manage contacts, and customize their profile. Plus the system allows users to record their own videos, and subsequently share them online. Cisco umi Telepresence is compatible with Google Voice & Video Chat.
